BWL Co-Founder (m/f/d) – EXIST Project Sonora Period: 01.12.2025 to 31.05.2026. The EXIST founder grant is initially limited to 6 months (option to join the founding team) About Us Sonora is a HealthTech startup from Hamburg/Heidelberg. We develop AI-powered ultrasound diagnostics to support physicians in detecting breast and lymph node changes. Our technology combines ultrasound, 3D scanning, and artificial intelligence. The goal: faster, more precise, and easily accessible diagnostics for all women worldwide. Your Role We are looking for a business-oriented co-founder with an interest in MedTech and startup development. You will initially join through a 6-month EXIST founder grant (full-time), with a clear option to join the founding team after a successful project phase. Responsibilities Building and maintaining financial and funding structures Support with business plan, investor relations, and presentations Preparation of regulatory and economic documentation (MDR, ISO, funding reports) Strategic co-development of the business model (B2B, clinics, practices, research) Presentation of projects to expert juries and funding committees Optional: Collaboration in product strategy and operational development (team, partners, accelerator) Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Economics, or Management Team-oriented personality with strong communication and presentation skills Strong interest in startups, AI, health technologies, and funding systems Independent, structured work style and willingness to take responsibility Ideally, initial experience with EXIST, funding applications, or financial planning Excellent German and English skills What We Offer Entry into an EXIST-funded DeepTech startup with medical impact and a clear vision Direct collaboration with experienced AI, software, and medical experts Perspective...
