Responsibilities: Tackling a continuously high recruiting demand and establish a steady pipeline of promising candidates from all over the world - closely working together with foodpanda’s HR, IT and Product departments Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for our tech positions Engaging in direct search and networking in order to attract international specialists and team leads in the technical field (software engineers, mobile engineers, QA engineers, system engineers, product managers, etc.) Scheduling tech interviews, conducting interviews and following-up with various stakeholders involved in the recruitment process Organizing the processes involving recruiting agencies or external recruiting platforms Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience whilst being as efficient as possible Challenging the status quo and suggesting process improvements as well as new ways of tackling talent acquisition challenges Requirements: > 3 years in- house or agency recruitment experience including > 2 years with a focus on tech positions Proven track record in tech recruiting – being used to hiring various tech positions within a short time period Ability to attract people’s attention and make them interested in joining our team Good understanding of nowadays technologies as well as the needs and wishes of tech employees Excellent communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders, also in multicultural environments Structured, pragmatic and proactive way of working Ability to work very well independently but at the same time as a great team player Great English skills, all other languages are a plus What we offer: Modern and spacious office in the heart of Berlin Responsibility...
