About the job At DearMoney, we get that operations are the heart of any successful venture: the fluid systems and care that make everything else possible. As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the organising force behind a new, small, purpose-driven venture helping people transform their relationship with money. You’ll keep our programs, communications and systems running smoothly, from coordinating program logistics and emails to supporting webinars, tracking sign-ups and managing workflows. You’ll also take care of day-to-day financial management, invoicing and bookkeeping, and support the formal setup of our growing business operations. Working closely with the founder and content manager, you’ll ensure every participant and partner experience feels calm, clear and cared for. Your work will be what allows DearMoney to flourish. Part-time (3 days/week) - Berlin hybrid - Consultancy - 3000/month gross
