About the role: We are expanding our development team and are looking for a cloud native IT infrastructure administrator, with a strong focus on security. You’ll join a small but successful and highly skilled team. You’ll have the chance to gain hands-on experience, as well as build your skills and shape the future of a dynamic start-up company. Main responsibilities: Help to define overall IT architecture for the company, in the cloud. Implement instances of our SaaS/PaaS platform in different cloud environments, meeting customer requirements. Implement security measures to protect our cloud infrastructure. Work with our technical documentation writer and certification manager to document our cloud infrastructure and thereby help to obtain relevant certifications. Implement and monitor system KPIs and health, ensure performance goals are met. Build and manage a small operations team to ensure we can scale as our customer base continues to grow. Help the company to define SLAs for customer contracts and implement systems to demonstrate compliance. Plan and forecast operations budget in cooperation with C-level management. About you: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable position. Profound technical knowledge based on relevant experience. Experience with either Google Cloud, Azure Cloud and/or AWS. High level of service orientation, ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and motivation. Live in or willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany. Good English skills, both written and spoken. German is an asset, but not required. Hands-On approach, willingness to work in a Startup.
