Job Description

What to expect from this position:

The VP will be the overall responsible party for delivering of eKomi’s software solutions to clients and supporting these clients through customer support after go-live.
The worldwide team of 30+ professionals will be headquartered in and coordinated from Berlin.
The team includes pre-sales consultants, project managers, implementation consultants, strategic consultants and customer support representatives.
Steering software implementation (including pre-sales) on time, within budget and meeting the defined quality levels.
Hands-on management, including conceptualization of solutions, milestone planning, project management, capacity planning and project profitability.
Delivering exceptional customer support to our customers.
What we expect from you:

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a combination thereof.
Alternative degrees will be considered with appropriate work experience.
Applicants need sound knowledge and experience in the most current methods of software pre-sales, implementation consulting and strategic consulting and excellent skills and experience in project management and controlling.
Ideally, the candidate offers a combination of a strong technical background, sound business judgment, and experience within organizations with standard software products and large customer bases.
He/she has at least five years of work experience in the IT and software environment, and at least five years of working in a top management consultancy.
Ideally, applicants are currently working in an industry related to customer experience management.
Having a background with other software companies with high focus on growth based and innovative software solutions is a plus.
